The villa is located on a small residential development jusy a couple of kilometers from the bust town of Aspe (Pop. 22.000) in Alicante. The villa sits on a walled and gated plot of 380m2 and can be accessed via a driveway gate with parking for 2 or 3 vehicles as well as a pedestrian footgate which leads directly to the villa front door. The villa has a southerly orientation and is entered from a shaded porch area directly into the open well lit lounge with double height ceilings giving a really airy feel. There is off road parking for several cars. Above the villa you will find a huge rooftop solarium which wraps around the villa and this is a perfect entertaining spot, al-fresco dining or simply escaping up to watch the sunrise, sunset or view the countryside from. The villa is connected to mains drinking water, mains electricity, mains drains and hi speed wifi is available. The villa also has a solar system for heating the water. This is a great, easy to maintain villa....close to the town of Aspe with many supermarkets, restaurants, very pretty historic centre and also only 25 minutes from the coast, Alicante city and the airport. The city of Elche is 15 minutes drive and the best beach at El Pinet is just 25 minutes away.
