Alicante Maravillas was founded in 2002 by Francisco Luis Abad. In our early years, we were better known as Inmohondon Estate Agents, standing out as the first local real estate agency dedicated to assisting the first wave of European buyers, mainly from the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium—who embraced the dream of owning a country home in the Hondón Valley.
