In 2002 Francisco Luis Abad founded Alicante Maravillas (in the early years we were better known as Inmohondon Estate Agents), positioning itself as the only local real estate agent that offered his services to the first European residents (English, Dutch, Belgian ...) who started an exciting experience buying a country house in the Hondón valley.

Our way of working is what makes us special, since for us sales are not only properties, but people, each one with different needs and dreams to be realized. That is why we advise throughout the all home buying / selling process and provide our extensive knowledge of the areas where we offer homes.

Hondón de los Frailes is our home, we were born and raised here and our clients are our neighbors and friends.
