The Villa. The villa sits on a flat corner plot of 513m2 and is accessed via driveway gates to private parking for your vehicle or by a pedestrian foot gate with path leading to the villa through a small rose garden. The villa is access via a raised and shaded Naya which is the perfect spot to enjoy long lunches and evening meals watching the sun dip behind the mountains and enjoy the amazing sunsets afforded in the valley almost every evening. From the Naya you enter the open plan L-shaped lounge and dining room. The lounge has a pellet burner for the short winter months as well as underfloor heating, however this is rarely used. There is a UK tv point, however there is 1000mbps Wi-Fi internet available if you prefer to stream your tv. The villa was originally designed to have 4 bedrooms, however in this villa the second downstairs bedroom has been made into a dining room with French doors leading to the pool patio (it can simply and cheaply be made back into a 4th bedroom if needed).
