Parking is plentiful, with space outside for many cars, there is a well, plus there is a plot of land with a gate up into the hills and national park behind, so hill walking or climbing is perfect from here.

Water is on mains supply from a reservoir and there is a big deposit tank under the driveway for storage, electricity is from Iberdrola and is shared just by the ten houses here, so no problem with a bigger supply if needed. 
This house offers so many possibilities, in a quiet location, without being isolated and just 10 minutes’ drive to the town. with the option of a large garage, storage and workshop or a second guest house, all fully legal and registered on the deeds.
